CAS Game #136 - One Image + Spring

Image
Hope your weekend is awesome! Sharing a simple card I made for  AAA Cards Challenge CAS Game #136 - One Image + Spring  using the Bitty Bears from My Favorite Things. I thought the li'l bear holding a leaf umbrella perfect for the representation of spring showers. I used the smooshing technique with some Distress Inks colours in Broken China and Evergreen Bough for the background. Thanks for dropping by!

Love the cute Sketch layout for Sketch Saturday #552 challenge . I used the lovely Nerea the Little Mermaid digital stamp from MMedelIllustrations  as my card's focal image. I coloured her with Copics Sketch Markers. Added a wave die-cut background to complement Nerea. Thanks for dropping by!

How's everyone doing? Popping in with an entry for the AAA card team One Layer Card + Love  challenge using Marcella Hawley's Everything's Even Rosier PowerPoppy stamp as my card focal image. Love her illustration so much. I used my Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils to colour these beautiful blooms. Thanks for dropping by!

Sketch Saturday Week #550 challenge

Image
Excited to play for the first time at Sketch Saturday challenge #550 . I used the Katie and Friend digital stamp from  Le Ann's World 101  as my card focal image. She was a delight to colour using my Copics Sketch Markers.  For the background, I masked off a rectangle area on white cardstock and ink the area with Versamark ink. Then, I added Perfect Pearl pigment powder on the area and embossed the background with a Sizzix embossing folder. Hope you like it! Thanks for dropping by!

First post!

Hi! This is my first post! I've been wanting to do this blog for a while after being inspired by many talented card makers on social media. I have been crafting and making cards since 2007 and mostly, I have been posting my cards on Instagram but now I want to be part of the awesome creative blog community! Looking forward to getting suggestions on my cards and tips on improvement! Thanks for dropping by!
