Clever Dexter September Challenge #21 "Sparkle & Glitter" Inspiration Post

Hey there, my crafty peeps! So glad to be sharing my card for this month's Clever Dexter challenge. The theme for this month is my absolutely favourite - Sparkle & Glitter. Can't deny I am a bling-bling gal at heart. We have an amazing sponsor for our September challenge as well! I created a reverse easel card for this challenge using Polkadoodles' Sweet Heart Balloons digital stamp. Check out their website for some lovely digital stamps!


I coloured her with my Copics Sketch Markers and added Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard to accentuate the embellishment in her hair as well as the balloon and her shoes. I also use Classic Blue glitter cardstock for my background. The optional colour theme for this month is Amber, Red, Sandstone, Classic Blue, Green Sheen.

Made this card using Tiddly Ink's Back To School Party digital stamp. Coloured the image with Copics Sketch Markers. Used my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours for the background and added white gouache splatter.   Hey, crafty friends! Hope you guys are getting started on your Christmas card making endeavours. This year I am feeling more inspired and decided to get started early. Here is a card I made using Rachelle Anne Miller's Kangaroo Christmas Surprise digital stamp . I love her unconventional festive designs featuring the wild lives of Australia. Coloured the image using my Copics Sketch Markers and used the Holly patterned paper from Aussie Christmas Paper Pack .
